So many of you have commented on Amelia and her strong resemblance to The Daddy that I thought it only fair to share the cause of all this talk with some of my less fortunate readers (if there are any).

There is quite a difference in the amount of hair. I don’t believe there were any hair cuts involved ~34 years ago either. The picture doesn’t show it, but there was a patch of long hair in the back.

Okay, so there isn’t as much hair; well after all Yo is a Daddy, not a girl. Who ever heard of a boy with long hair? (Bopop and his big brother as a teenagers excluded). Besides, look at the black&white of Grumpy as a baby (taken about December 1927) to be shortly shown on Ward’s Wanderings.
The “no hair” is genetic for boys. (The “blondness” is a gene brought in by the Grand Mother and further enhanced by “Mom”.)
