Happy Meal?

Don't worry, be happy.

Abby, where did you get this rollerskate girl?
McDonalds.
Hm, that is…interesting (raising eyebrows to Mommy).
Yeah, but Mommy said she is TOO saxy.
Oh?
Yeah, she shows too much of her belly.
Saxy?
[askance look] Uhhh…sixy?
Yeah, sixy. I think you are right. She IS too sixy.

I don’t think they could make her much more sixy without being co-sponsored by Hugh himself.
Exactly who are these Happy Meals for anyway?

  1. Too sixy, indeed! “Who are these Happy Meals for anyway?”

I think they may serve God’s purpose in hopefully waking up the adults (mothers and fathers — and grandparents!) of this world to the serious degree to which our national morals have decayed! I hear there is a now a daytime TV program on which four-letter words are liberally used.

Some of the churches are guilty in being passive about making any condemning statements against this cee ahr aye pea.

  2. Hey, the doll demonstrates the use of appropriate safety equipment. She is wearing a crash helmet and knee pads. She might be also wearing elbow pads, or she just has knobby elbows. Personally, I think the most important piece of safety equipment for roller skaters should be hand guards. I remember scraping my hands more than any other body part when I was learning to skate…back before safety equipment was invented.

I don’t see anything wrong with the attire. I don’t think it’s sixy (or saxy).

  3. I’m pretty sure that this blog was to be dedicated to fun right? Many many months ago you pointedly said you were not going to be a forum for politics, right?
My advice? Take your question the management of McDonalds if you are unhappy, and continue raising your daughters in an age appropriate manner. And as for pictures, I wanna see the mermaids!
