That long one measures over 14 inches.
The lights are flickering.
Frozen rain is still coming down.
Bushes and trees are straining.
Not sure I’ve wished for thawing as much in the past.

It is nasty all right, here too. I hope the temp rises and melts the ice. Dad’s car looks like it has been in a deep freeze, it has a sheet of ice on it.

Fresh snow will give us something to grip the ice that’s below, so it should be easier going now. I love the snow and welcome more of the cold.

yeah, I’m down with more snow – when it was raining earlier and just freezing and sticking to everything that didn’t thrill me – well, the last thing I expected was more real snow.
I’m good with continued cold and this.

A friend of mine that has lived here for years lives in California now. He went surfing this morning. He will probably go surfing this weekend while I clean up the tree that’s threatening to fall into my house. This weather blows. People that like snow are out of their minds.
